- Grasevina '09 by Enjingi (Slavonia)

This late-harvest Grasevina is a silky-smooth dry wine, with a full body and a palate of warm autumn fruit. Grasevina is versatile with food: Try it with poultry, pork, omelets and grains.

- Zlahtina '08 by Katunar (Krk)

The floral and white fruit aromas of this refreshing, medium-bodied wine are joined by salty minerality on the palate, for a sophisticated touch that pairs well with fresh seafood prepared simply.

- Pinot Grigio '08 by Pullus (Slovenia)

Made from selected, perfectly ripe grapes, this Pinot Grigio was given cold maceration, ML, lees aging, and 10% barrique maturation.

Premium Whites

- Malvasia '08 by Kozlovic (Istria)

This straw-colored dry wine offers white peach, apple and almond on the nose. It is medium-bodied, unoaked, with fresh acidity and slight mineral and herb on the palate. Serve chilled with summer seafood or truffle pasta.

- Zlatan Hvar '07 by Zlatan (Hvar)

A blend of two native white grapes, Zlatan Hvar is bright lemon in color, with a serious, concentrated nose of grapefruit zest and citrus, overripe melon and almonds. It is dry, with fairly high acidity (great food wine!) and medium-full body. Melon, nectarine, citrus zest and mineral dominate the palate for a sophisticated take on an island.

- Posip Cara '07 by Marko Polo (Korcula)

A lovely deep lemon hue leads to citrus aromas on the nose, along with sweet pear and a hint of vanilla. The wine is dry, with medium acidity and fairly full body. Pear and citrus dominate the palate, with a typical bitter-almond finish. Ideal with prosciutto and other charcuterie, Marko Polo Posip is also a classic pairing with seafood.

House Reds

- Pinot Noir '07 by Pulles (Slovenia)

The Slovenian climate is ideal for Pinot Noir, and this example shows what could be achieved with this variety. Extended maceration has brought out the nuances of ripe grapes, and maturation in large, neutral barrels has preserved them.

- Plavac Mali '07 by Lirica (Peljesac)

Produced and bottled on Peljesac, north of Dubrovnik and just south of the controlled apellation of Dingac, Lirica delivers vibrant aromas of sun-ripened fruit, fresh cherries, cloves and cinnamon. Its high acidity and ample tannin make this earthy, rustic wine a good choice for burgers and steak.

Premium Reds

- Zweigelt '06 by Enjingi (Slavonia)

Zweigelt - a red variety created in 1922 by crossing St. Laurent and Frankovka, Zweigelt is a vigorous vine and yield control is crucial to produce high-quality wine. Enjingi Zweigelt is ruby-red, with a beautiful palate of currants, aromatic herbs and bayleaf.

- Crljenak '07 by Zlatan (Dalmatia)

This vibrant, extracted wine offers bright fruit, fresh cherries and plums on the nose. Great structure and personality! Full body, robust, yet youthful with inviting drinkability. Enjoy it with pasta with meat sauces, roasted and grilled red meats or aged parmeggiano.

- Plavac Mali '05 by Zlatan (Hvar)

Zlatan Plavac is richly colored, with pronounced oak on the nose laid over plums, blueberries, and tobacco. Tannin is sweet and the body to medium-full, but the rich and lingering flavor of plavac mali grape is all here: ripe cherries, plums, dry tobacco, and balanced sweet oak. The wine is fantastic with mature cheeses, sausages or grilled meat.

- Plavac Mali Grand Cru '05 by Zlatan (Hvar)

The self-proclaimed Grand Cru is produced by Zlatan Plenkovic from the premium juice of more than fifty-year-old Plavac Mali vines, and aged for 18 months in new barriques. It is a powerful example of the grape, with high extract and tannin, that will develop nicely with age - one of the highest quality examples of Plavac Mali available in Croatia, and produced in limited quantities.

- Dingac Plavac Mali '06 by Bura (Peljesac)

Bura Plavac Mali is produced in limited amounts from slightly raisined grapes vinified with natural yeasts and matured in French barrique for 12 months, then bottled unfiltered.
